GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

Registration: all registrations must be accompanied with a downpayment corresponding to 25% of the total cost of your stay and 50% for bookings made within one month of the arrival date.

Reservations: Through a second payment equal to 25% of the total cost of your stay, one month prior to your arrival date or immediately for any last minute bookings. Your reservation will be
deemed as confirmed upon receipt of the second deposit.

Payment methods: cheques, mail transfer, holiday cheques, bank card, distance selling, cash.

Cancellation and changes to the booking: reservation changes will be accepted subject to availability. In the event of cancellation, you must notify us by postal mail, where the date of cancellation will be recognised as the date of receipt. Refunds can be made if the accommodation can be re-let (refunds made on the date of the stay)
- with notification of 30 days prior to the commencement of the stay, we retain 20% of the downpayment
- with notification of 30 to 15 days in advance: 25%
- 7 days or less: 100%
- non-arrivals without notification: 100%

Cancellation insurance: FFCC insurance offer of € 27.50. Full guarantees in the attached brochure.

Early departure from the site: early departures will not give rise to any refund.

Internal rules: in order to make your holiday run smoothly, we ask that all visitors comply with the caravan park's internal rules.

Information: to make your stay as pleasant as possible, you will be provided with a folder listing a range of information on the technical, tourism and other aspects of your stay.

Deposit:
a deposit of 200 € will be requested upon arrival. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay, with deductions made for any damages incurred.
The contents of your accommodation will be subject to an inventory on arrival and on departure. In the event of departure outside of the office opening hours, the deposit will be forwarded on to you.
